Tom Kenny, born in Syracuse, New York, is a voice actor. He voices Jonathan Carnahan in the television series based on The Mummy.
Born in Syracuse, New York, Kenny was interested in comic book as a youth, collecting records and drawing pictures, and in later years turned to stand-up comedy in Boston and San Francisco, leading to appearances on every cable television show in 80’s and 90’s, when stand-up comedians were most popular. Around this time, Kenny turned to doing voice work for animated cartoon shows, and in 1995, Kenny married fellow voice actress Jill Talley, and the two currently have two children.
